the male fish gets the female fish excited then the female fish releases eggs in the excitment, then the male fish releases its sperm and the current of the water kind of guides the sperm to the eggs.

fish are a complicated species. some of them require up to 6 years of courtship before they will mate. but when they do, it is always done when no one is looking/watching. so no one really knows, we can only guess.

They don't have sex with each other. The female lays eggs on some rocks beneath the sea on the sea bed and the male fish fertilises it with its sperm..
