Actually... yes, this could be the ultimate form of transportation!

Transport for land, sea and air - combined. I'm pretty sure it will happen (if it hasn't already) but I doubt it will involve crossing animals, etc.

It depends on what characteristics were passed on from each animal - for example, a giant slug with a sharp beak and a tail wouldn't really induce me to give up my car.......
