In the US, it's the last Saturday in October. Other nations that follow Daylight Savings Time may have different dates.

Not all places in the US follow Daylight Savings Time. Arizona and Hawaii are two notable places that don't, as well as some counties in Indiana. Some parts of Alaska follow double-daylight savings time, "Springing" ahead two hours instead of one.

On October 29Th 2006. Make sure you get up in the middle of your sleep at 2AM, set your clock back by one hour and then go to sleep again. It is against the law to turn clock behind before going to bed, you must wake up at 2AM.

When they think they want to live one hour longer. But then 6 months later they're forced to turn it forward one hour, so what's the point?
