ive used both and to my surprise,,, THE ZEN ROCKS. i have the zen used ipods for a while and i relallly like the zen. has better sound quality, better screen. ease of use, drag ng drop and has lots of features. go randomly vote and see the astonishing results. http://reviews.cnet.com/4520-3000_7-6417634-1.html

I got the creative Zen and have had no problems, not what I hear from IPod users...
Zen is very user friendly.
