yeah it looked like he was passing the ball forward and got batted down, but the ref's call wasn't why they lost. the punter gave away a free touchdown. Leak had a chance at the end of the game and threw an interception. The Gators lost the game because of too many of their own mistakes, not b/c of one bad call by the ref. I really thought this was the year they'd go all way, how the hell can the #2 team lose to a team that lost to Arkansas last week.

That was not a bad call. I watched the game and the replay over and over, and that play did not determine the game. The play, in my opinion, that determined that game was the safety in the first half. It set the momentum for the rest of the game. Chris Leak choked the second half. Clearly, he did not have control of the ball to begin with. During Florida's last possession of that game, Chris Leak's 6 plays determined FL's outcome. ( Fumble, interception, pass batted down, pass overthrown, pass dropped, and, a completed pass that was back to Leak when he fell. It bounced off his chest, was scooped up and run in for the final touchdown by Auburn. Florida was shut out the 2nd half of the game. It was not that one play that determined the game. Florida did not play with heart that game. You can call referees names all day long, but it will not change the proof that Florida lost that game on their own. The only thing they will be working on this coming week is all those laps they will run after practice (again) after so many penalties and playing so poorly.

That horrible dreadfull aufull pathetic idiot ****** up call did rob them because even if they hadn't made a tochdown they would have taken the lead with an easy short feild goal. Go Gators! Refs suck! Refs can't be making horrible calls like that. college football isn't life or death, it's far more important.

As long as"The Great" Chris Leak totally disintegrates in pressure situations, the Gators are going to lose these tough games. Heisman candidate? #1 draft choice? Hah. The NFL defensive lineman will eat this kid.

Why is it that Gator fans are the most obnoxious in all sports. If they win it's because they are so good, if they lose it everyone else's fault. Face it, you lost, get over it.
BTW, Gators will lose another SEC game this year and Tennessee will go to Atlanta.
