I have been in a ring plenty of times but I can't just get out a measuring tape while practicing. When I'm not using a ring I need to know how high it is to practice.

I never actually measured it either. But I would guess about 3 or 3 1/2 feet approximately. Are you practicing to become a professional wrestler, or high school stuff?
