I am 27 wks pregnant,all the calculators say that i concieved on april 22.I had sex with one guy aroundthe second week of april and sex with one around the last week of april...Which would most likely be the father? Thanx for sinsere answers

It's more likely that the guy you were with in the last week of April is the father. It would be helpful, though, if you remember the first day of your last period.

First off, did you have an early ultrasound? The earlier the ultrasound, the more accurate your due date is.
If you had an early ultrasound and the dates are really accurate, you still have a BIG toss up. For one, sperm can stay in your system for up to 7 days. So, if you had sex on the 14th, number one could be it.
I would be more inclined to think it was number two. But again, only DNA would say for sure.
You can extract DNA while you are pregnant and find out. It is expensive, but it can be done.
This is a really tricky situation. I was watching a show on National Geographic and they were telling how spem will even "fight" each other. In women who had mulitiple partners within a week or two of another, some of the older sperm would actually consume the new sperm. It was a trip! I just think this is one of those time will tell deals.
Don't worry too much and try to enjoy you're pregnancy and not stress out. DNA testing is perfect for these situations. You are having this baby for a reason. Congratulations and good luck!

when was the first day of ur last period? it sounds like the last day of ur last period was before the 1st guy.
if ur sure u conceived on 22 april, and u have a 28 menstrual cycle, the first day of ur last period should have been on 8 april.
sperm can stay alive for 5 days in ur body, so if u had sex with the first guy on or after 17 april, he can be the father.
but u will have to get a dna test done to confirm, since ur dates arent very specific.

Hey this is coming from a single mother who has been in your same situation before.
Well I think that the guy you where with about the 2ND week is most likely to be the father.
But I also think you should be honest and tell them the truth about each other.
And when the baby is born you should get a DNA test done just to be sure.
Remember keep it real at all times with both men and in the long run you will be respected for it and, you will not end up with one of the stereo types BAD BABY-MOMMAS.

Finding yourself pregnant? I guess that might be the drawback of having sex with a few partners. Well, let's figure this one out. I know you are feeling bad about yourself, don't. The mere fact that you want to keep this baby regardless of whom the father is, I applaud you. You can always do a dna test to find out who the father is. It's quick accurate and so clever. If you choose to have this man in your life, do so, if not don't. As the father, he has rights, but he also has to pay his share. If you don't want anything from him, he still has rights as the father, that is if you tell him. What ever you decide go with love. Good luck my sweet girl, nobody ever told us it would be easy.

Those things are often wrong, and you wold need a more percise date, like a sono just for that. I know for a fact i had concived my daughter on March 4 in 1998 but those thing claimed it just had to be on the 20th. After that really the only deffinate way is DNA. Now days its not even painful. They use big cotton swabs inside your mouth to collect it more often than taking blood now.This, however will only tell you who the father is, not the dad. Dad will be the one who really loves your baby and helps take care of them.

Probably the second. But it is only an educated guess. If intercourse occurred on the 14th the sperm probably (again with that word) wouldn't have been viable on the 22nd. Trouble is everything here is based on a guess so it all depends on how good the guesses are. And even then strange things can happen.

There is no way to tell one over the other...you will just have to get a test. It isn't the end of the world...just be honest with everyone involved....this is to big to be decieving about. So you slept with 2 guys in one month...you're not the only one who's done that..it just sucks that you'll have to talk about it. Get the test done and I'm sure you have already learned your lesson. Are you with one of these two guys now, or just looking for the right guy to get child support?
I'd get both of them tested either way....just because you never know. Last thing you need is to have a problem with family history on a health condition.

Sounds like it's the last week of April's guy. But this is hard to tell and often not accurate.
