if its only your third period period dont sweat it.it can take up to 6 months to a few years before your periods regulate.i can promise one thing though dont stress over it or it will cause you to be even later.stress can play a huge roll in missed periods trust me i am 24 and i had a few missed periods but once i relaxed and didnt think about it it came.so try not to worry.if it still worrys you talk to your mom and im sure she will say the same thing good luck

DO NOT STRESS. Stress holds your period back. I once skipped 3 months and I think it was from stressing. Then I stopped stressing because it would've made it worse and I got it. I was really worried. Don't worry it will come. Seeing you have JUST started, your period is irregular. it can take up to 3 years for your period to become regular. It is that your period is irregular. Even now, I have had my period for 3 years next April and even I still get my period 1-2 weeks late. I'm not worrying coz I now it has come that late before.

Look u may go 12 months till the next 1....u r only beginning.........it starts that way.----ends that way????
Also, on the answers about stress delaying periods< I disagree totally, whenever I was stressed---my next came 2 weeks early...so it depends on the person-I guess.

Many woman are not regular, and a lot go on birthcontrol just to have a normal period each month. I would make an appointment with your Doctor to make sure its nothing serious.

Since you've just started having your period, it's alright to be irregular. You should level out as your body gets used to the hormones. If you're worried about it, go to your doctor.

you said this is only your 3rd time. usually when girls first start their periods, they are not regular. but dont worry, the full week periods, cramps, wanting to die and bloating will come soon.

it could be just that your still adjusting. I've had mine for 5-6 years now and I'm still jumping all over the calendar, skipping months and such. It'll even out eventually.
