Do you mean accidentally, so to speak? I suppose it's possible, though really rare. After all, most women can't orgasm without clitoral stimulation. As for purposefully, if that's what you mean, I wouldn't bother. Those things are designed so that you _don't_ feel them when they're inserted. That's not exactly, er, fun. Get yourself some lube and maybe a toy instead.

no offense but why in the world would you want to ask if you can get an orgasm from a tampn i use them when i am on my period only and personally i dont like my boyfriend around when im on my period i perfer to be left alone.if you want to have an orgasm with out having sex there are a bizillion different things you can use besides a tampon.

i think u can, if u can get an orgasm from getting a penis rammed in there i think u can from a tampon as well.
