what is the best motherboard for then AMD Athlon 64 FX-60 Toledo 2.6GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket 939 Dual Core Processor?

i think the best is the DFI Lanparty UT CFX3200-DR Socket 939 ATI CrossFire Radeon XPRESS 3200 ATX AMD Motherboard.

please tell me if im rght or wrong and tell me whats the best

the question shouldn't be which board is best as I believe most boards of a level are pretty much the same... this board here and the ASUS board someone else here mentions are equivlent in technology and capabilities... so the question should be which company stands behind their products better... ASUS support is fair at best, but i don't know about DFI as i have never messed with their boards...the worst company is MSI, their suooprt is non-existant... deciding on a board depends on what YOU want the board to do... do you want overclocking, SLI, dual channel RAM, etc... only you can answer these questions...

I would say is very comparible to the one you are talking about, and is cheaper, but the DFI board is a very nice board as well.
