Yes, its okay but the only good reason to marry someone is because you love them and want to spend the rest of your life with them.

marrying other cultures is not a big thing to be concerned about provided its love and deep affection your after on both sides, however if marrying because you love the culture and the bulk of the person whom fits the frame then perhaps you need to consider a things :you would need to adopt this new culture and all its warts,
there may be a need for you to for go all culture to keep that person
however cuz true love surfs all culture and jus thinking about it is the cock tail for immenent failer and guttered feelings..............
CUZ I WAS JUS THINKIN ABOUT YOUU!!!!!!!!

Culture crossing can be difficult if they don't have the same priorities. Race crossing is beautiful. Look at the results of it in the garden. I suppose the tea rose may be a bit jealous of a beautiful new hybrid.
The hardest part is living with people who think that you are attempting to pollute their race by reproducing yourselves. They can get down-right mean! And your poor children! Please find a place to live where people are tolerant toward or even appreciative of your beautiful children.

Obviously it all depends on the circumstances. If you are expected to change to their cultural "rules" you might want to double and triple check it doesn't violate your sense of propriety. But if you wish to co-mingle and keep both cultures alive for yourselves and your children, by all means, marry whomever your Heart desires.

Any marriage with another person is okay. As long as the two people love each other, no matter race, gender, creed or religion. Animals and people....that's another matter.... But this is just me.

I say love would transcend this issue. As long as adhering to their cultural practises will not lead you to violating your own, it's fine.

I think it helps you to expand your horizons and live outside of your box. I'm dating someone outside my race and culture and it helps me gain a new perspective. And I'm completely in love. Couldn't imagine my life without him. : )
