is it bru or burmation i can explain the later but dont know what brumation is.
Burmation is the time of year that the reptile needs to be cooled down in the lead up to mating time they need this cooling down period to produce viable sperm in males and eggs in female's.
Burmation is very similar to hibernation in that the animal's body temp will drop, they stop feeding. i burmate my dragons for around 3 months of the year and they will mate and produce viable eggs every year.
hope this has been a help

Matt C pretty much got it right, only it IS brumation... no such thing as burmation. If you search a few care sheets you should be able to get the specifics on when/how to properly brumate a beardie... However it isn't necssary unless you intend to breed them. If you do it wrong there's a chance of harming the animal, and if you aren't going to breed him/her, it's not really worth the risk.
