I know you are real anxious!!! But babygirl the package usually tells you. I think the new ept can give you an accurate reading a day after your missed period. Most of the tests want you to wait until a week after your missed period. It really depends on the brand of test you decide to purchase. EPT is the best! If its been atleast a week since your period was supposed to show up..... Go ahead and start testing! But, usually the package will tell you the earliest you should test. But, I know you don't want everybody knowing your business standing there reading a test box in the middle of the aisle! HA,HA... Well, I hope I helped you out some sweetheart and I hope you are pregnant...If that is what you want.

It takes approximately 36 hours for the sperm to fertilize the egg. That is about 1 day and 1/2. I would say wait at least 1 1/2 or 2 weeks before you take a pregnancy test so the results can come out accurate.

After your expected ovulation date? About a week and half or it's a waste of money. I know, it's hard to wait that long. ;) Use First Response, I got a positive result 4 days before I was supposed to start my period.

I know there are some tests out there that you can take the first day you miss your period.

They suggest u test the first day of your missed period, I tested the day before my period was due and it show up quite clear, good luck!

I used First Response and took it the day after I was suppose to get my period and it CLEARLY said pregnant!
