I usually dont because I know I am tone deaf...BUT my boyfriend says I should just loosen up and do it ne ways because it makes me seem up tight if i'm not singing when everyone knows I love a song. I'm just afraid that they will b talking about me behind my back or sumthing...what do you think?

I say "go for it", enjoy life!
I have a terrible voice but love to sing along. It annoys my daughter only because she has perfect pitch and sings like an angel. She said having perfect pitch can be a real detriment because when others sing off key it is like running your fingernails down a blackboard. Luckily there's not a lot of folks with perfect pitch.

I think you're stressing about it a bit too much. If you like and know the song well enough, sing along! People aren't going to judge whether you're on key and your pitch and stuff. Just go with it.

girlfriend, i don't think i sing all that great but i do it anyway...you just let it all out, and don't worry about other people. If there's a song on the radio, i can't stop myself from singing it if i know the words!!

Go for what you know! Just as long as you're not in a choir! I was in my church choir and the tone deaf people ALWAYS SAT NEXT TO ME!! lol

Do what you're comfortable with! if you want to belt it out, go for it gal!!! A good ice breaker could be have a karaoke night.....
It's all about having fun, that's the bottom line =)

sing .as loud as you can .you only live once and if you enjoy it then why not so it ....have fun while you can ......... and just remember if they are talkin about you then they are leaving other people alone ...therefore you just helped someone elses day along by keeping rumors about them from being made

i say go for it. but u don't have to sing at the top of ur lungs, u feel conscious about it. sing enough to enjoy it!
