How do i change the size of my file of pics?

when i try to download the file of pics it is saying that it is to large how do i change the size

Hi. Irfanview, a freeware program (Try Google) can re-size pretty easily.

Apart from IrfanView, you can also try a batch processor like B.I.M.P (batch image manipulation program) if you have a whole bunch of images to be resized.

Microsoft Photo Editor (bundled with MS Office) can also resize images.
