Here are ways I know, but tell me if you know any other:

1. Watch movies and sitcoms. Model, model, model from the characters.
2. Travel and meet new people.
3. Become really interested in every little mundane thing in life.

Possibilities I haven't explored...
1. Brand yourself via myspace, youtube, etc
2. Create art.

2. For girls, become a SERIOUS clone of Catherine Deneuve or Sophia Lauren.

Cary Grant once said that everyone wants to be attractive, but few are willing to do the 500 things it takes to accomplish that. Seriously, he actually said that. Daunting, isn't it?
