you need winrar zip it up and goto advanced and set password

Well, look for pgp, winrar does the job too. Look in google for CD encrypt. Yoou can burn a cd with your favorite software and only the person you gave the assword can open it.

You can do that with winzip (password protect). Or are you looking for a way to write a program to do it?
