The special drying squeegee (sp) that you can pick up at just about any autoparts store works VERY well on a nice, wet, clean car. It is great for windows and every flat surface, including many of the curved ones too. I follow up with a nice lint free chamois or similar, but if you squeegee first you'll get a lot faster and better results IMO. That's what works for me! :o)

sheep skin and other non microfiber drying rags do not trap dirt, they just cause you to drag dirt over your paint as you dry and create small very fine scratches (spider webs).
Target sells a realy good microfiber drying towel made by Vroom. Microfiber traps any dirt not removed from washing so as to keep it away from the paint surface. Dries very well also.

I like to use a chamois (pronounced "sham-ee") skin. You should be able to get one at any auto supply store.
