Mp3rocket is a scam. Paying to access a free network, what a joke. P.T. Barnum was right.
Frostwire is good, but very similar to Limewire. I recommend Ares and Piolet.

MP3 Rocket is the same program interface as limewire. Imusicsearch.com has this and is also a pretty clean peer to peer. You just can't use their highspeed unless you are a paid member. They also have freeware for DVD to CD's, DVD copy, etc.

watch out for these though because where ever you find file sharing you most always find virus-passing too...
