Your attitude can be controlled by your mind. Your emotions are natural. Some people try to fake their emotions, but if you're being honest, then your emotions are true. You can be in a bad mood about something, but still maintain a good attitude. Attitude is your perspective.

Emotion is more of how you feel when you encounter an affective stimulus. Attitude is how you react to the stimulus based on affective response, prior belief systems, and contextual factors.

Attitudes are evaluative statements or judgements concerning objects, people or events.
