What I did was I bought a bratz doll head.Its a huge dolls head that you can practice makeup on.You can buy them at almost any toystore and they r around 20$
I dont think printing a pic would work because its hard to do makeup on paper its not lifelike and does not give u a feel for makeup

that is not weird at all. saves a lot of face washing, till you get the right look
take a photo of yourself, fix it up a bit in photo shop, print it out.

try cover girl's website. they have one where you can practice but the only bad part is it's with their cosmetics..yuck!
