I just click the arrow beside forward, and click "inline text" in the drop-down box, then highlight everything you don't want and send. Easy!

Highlight only what you want to send, then go to edit and hit copy, go into compose click on where you would type you message and go back to edit and hit paste.

delete the previous addresses, and put the send to address in the BCC box, it will only show that address

just add a new subject to your mail
erasing the automatic subject that appears itself
