A backwards baseball cap would work nicely, unless you are lighting a candle inside. Give it earrings too, maybe the top of a polo or a tank, if you really want butch give it a short hair wig. A lot of the butches I know also happen to wear glasses if that helps.
That's for butch....if you want to go Desiel than you are going to need a lot of leather/flannel and studs! Don't forget the Harley!

you could make it more "butch" per say by contrasting it to a more "femme" pumpkin that you could place right next to it. :D Just a thought. I want to see pics of the pumpkin! cute idea

carve big pumpkin boobs into the front of it and then put a cigar in between the carved teeth and a bandana around the top of it's head.

a mullet wont work as they are out. try piercing every part of it! and there is nothing wrong with butch!
