Sorry but you need to get a little specific than that, it is like asking, I like to take a vacation which way should I go?
What kind of website do you want to start? A forum base website, database, informational format, video, stereo, or business?
What is the goal for this website?
What type of group is your target, age, race, style, class?
Ask your self more questions about this website and soon enough you will come up with few of them.

one of the easiest sites would be a "blog site", or one about yourself that you update. however, I'm not talking about ones like xanga, myspace, etc, but a personal one -- such as one hosted on a private server. :)
or a graphics site.
