You shouldn't be ashamed, however, in today's world, it's hard to be yourself and not get some kind of criticism for it. I am a "bigger" girl, too, and I haven't found the courage to just show everyone who I am. I say, If you're comfortable, SHOW IT OFF!!

don't ever be ashamed...but don't go to the park wearing a tube top only coverin ur boobs. i onlt weigh 115lbs but even i wouldn't do that.............but don't ever be ashamed of your body. think of it this way. there are as many people thinkin it's gross as there are people you look hot, and there are more than both combined who are lookin up to you for holdin your head high and they will gain confidence in themselves thanks to you! you go girl!!!

ok i would say not to be ashamed of what you have cause you are beautiful no matter what they say sometimes i have to think about that to so dont be ashamed.

It's unhealthy. Overweight people subject themselves to heart issues and diabetes. This of course leads to a shorter life span.
You should never be proud to be distructive to yourself whether it be obesity, drug addiction, cigarettes, alcoholism.
Imagine your photo being shown in poor African countries, do you think they would share your thoughts?
