I am not asking what subject to talk about I am asking for the exact thing to say to start off a conversation with anyone--- my crush, my friends, my family, strangers.... I need to know EXACTLY how to begin the conversation because I usually say something stupid to start off and then I seem like the most boring person in the world to talk to.

One great thing 99.99% of the people like to talk about: themself.
Find a key for that and you are home free. Anyone, by the way, who write this question is not a boring person. You have pizzaz to reach beyond yourself.
Did you braid your hair yourself?
I love that combination of colors. Where did YOU find it?
What do YOU think about the manual shift override in the series below this model (joke!)?
Are YOU feeling an extra bounce as the first snow threatens?
Positive questions are best. If you include an ounce of yourself in them, it tells the other person you can be trusted.
i am really glad you started this conversation. You should start more of them. :-)

"Hi how are you doing?" is a good start with family and friends
Other variations include
"What have you been doing lately...are you still (in school, working at your job...etc.)?"
"You look great, where did you get that?" etc...
Strangers...begin with a handshake and introduce yourself. They will introduce themselves, then you can comment on anything from weather to movies, books etc. They respond and you are having a conversation.

Give them a small, but sincere compliment. If you like what they are wearing, say "I really like your shoes. Where did you get them?" Always follow it with a question so they have to answer you. Simply stating you like their shoes does not mean they have to acknowledge the compliment.

Just say, "You know, I just heard something the other day that sounded interesting...." then say what you want.
