in girls you can tell from the bleeding during intercourse, but what about men, how can you tell? is it related to whether he's circumsised or not circumcised?

You can't tell physically with men, and you can't tell reliably with women.

There's no way to tell if a guy is a virgin or not. Being circumcised or uncircumcised is not a tool to tell if somebody has had sex before. Circumcision is just a procedure done (usually right after birth) to remove the foreskin. It's a minor, but very painful and wrong, surgery. It is absolutely not an indicator of virginity.

If a guy hasn't ever had sex before then he's certain be a touch apprehensive and slightly uncertain of himself to even if he will be solid at it or no longer.except for that there is no actual data to ensure the actuality.

you cant really tell.. if he seemed to be pretty active, it doesnt mean he is not virgin. there are men who are naturally active... there are men also who are shy but it still doesnt mean they are virgin... there is no biological sign of them that can tell us unlike girls.. hmmm i think....
