A lot of the guys in NFL are huge, and they'd destroy most girls, at least most people think so. Also, men tend to be more agressive and risky. It's mostly based on stuff like that.

The physical differences are difficult to overcome for most women. I’m sure there are some women that could handle the impact and brutality of the game, but in general the size difference is just too drastic. Considering that most men, even of good size, can’t handle the physical toll the game takes on ones body, it is difficult to imagine a woman bridging the gap.
Additionally, football at high levels is a fraternity of sorts that creates a hostel environment for those seen as “different.” There have been women players on college teams, primarily kickers, but as I understand it, their time with the team was often made far from enjoyable.
An NFL player is a rare talent. Even men with all the right attributes and skills don’t last very long. A woman’s physical makeup is not suited for a sport such as football at such a level… and there is always flag football.

Girls can't play in the nfl for the same reason they can't play in the nba. If you want to play football in a league, there's a women's football league, but it's not well known.

a girl like you going up against a guy whose 6'4'' 275 lbs with a 4.6 40, 450+lb bench press, 600+ lb squat would not be a pretty sight. With two NFL players colliding it's like a high-speed train wreck, with you and a NFL player colliding it's like trying to stop a high speed train by throwing a watermelon at it......you get the picture...

I assume that there is a Football League for women. Girls cant play in the NFL becuase that would be too risky for them, and too unfair. Admit it, genders are-at least- physically different and therefore have different standards in sports

There aren't that many women interested in football. How many schools have girls'/women's varsity football? House Leagues, maybe, but not varsity.
This is probably the same reason why there aren't that many guys who play field hockey.

The risk of injury is legitimate in this sport, but for most sports, it's because the men are afraid the women will be better athletes than them and make them look poor.

No offense but most girls get hurt too easily. Those guys are huge. Do you weigh 220 - 300 pds? Then you're screwed. Sorry thats how it is.

There are women's football teams, but these women are huge. Just like the WBA and the LPGA, they don't get much respect.
