Well there were a couple of periods of Ancient Egyptians ... Over the years they accomplished many things... One thing in the OLD KINGDOM period they figured out the CANNON of Proportions .. THIS was a major big deal .. It introduced a grid system to make identical statues to the huge to the miniscule. ... This system could be adjusted to any scale and from the small stuff ( statues small ) to the Giza Spinx. both would be correct in their proportions . Statues big and small were part of everything from religious worship to recording news. .. SO this was like a breakthrough.. it made their lives easier making millions of staues by hand .
