My company need something like a PA system to broadcast instructions / hold discussions across a few teams that are at least 1km from each other. Each team is housed in an enclosed area but the environment is so noisy that we need a PA system within each team to allow the team leaders to direct the operation effectively.
Our PA systems are made up of overhead speakers and mixer with wireless microphones that is good only within the enclosed area.
Moreover we need the teams to communicate with each other. We have the LAN network but the broadcasting part didnt work well when we connect the PA audio into the LAN.

Can someone recommend me some commercial systems or simple solutions using the existing resources to solve this problem?

A simple solution would be to use Msn Messenger for the audio broadcast.

You could get a wireless audio and video linksys. I don't have the exact model but look through Linksys for a wireless audio and video. Please see website below.

For using LAN and broadcasting as a "switchboard", I would use Teamspeak as a professional broadcast. However, it doesn't offer presentation over the internet which you can look up Webex for a conference.
