There are directions inside every box, and most have pictures too. Follow the instructions carefully.

First dont be nervous. Second read the booklet in your box. Third it takes awhile to get used to them, take your time, and if you do it wrong just use another one. GOOD LUCK

Tampons. You insert them into your vagina and push the applicator and then remove the appicator.
