you may feel as if u know each other because u two have too many common ideas, behaviours, feelings etc. try talking about this life, u may find out that u have some common experiences. i had this feeling with people i was talking on the internet too, dont forget that on the internet u can only "see" parts of the other person, if u finally see the whole of it, and get to know each other better u may lose this feeling :)
