Depending on how long you had an ED could be dependant on how long it will take for you to overcome the obsession with your weight.
Typically women are always concerned with weight in some form/area. So you're NOT alone in this. There are plenty of women out there who feel the same way as you.
The best advice I could give you would be to join a health club or a women's support group for weight loss or even just grab a girlfriend and head to the gym to take some fun yoga, pilates, or belly dancing classes.
Solitarily going to the gym is great but having a best pal to tag along can sometimes make the monotonous a little more joyful. Also, its great for encouragement.
Most importantly I'd like to praise for for wanting to lose weight in a "Healthy Manor."
Congratulations to you and Best of Luck!

make sure not to check the scale that freaks everybody out, just go to the gym or run excerscise is the key! since you have had problems in the past i wouldn't worry about dieting, because u could revert to your old ways, eat whatever you want, i would just excerscise

think about the massive amount of people in this world outside(or inside) of U.S.A who not only are starving but are dying of various diseases or wars. think about how us human beings have abused and misused much of the resources on this planet and we might be very very near the tipping point of no return and losing all of it. most of all,
THINK ABOUT THAT YOU ARE A PERSON WHO'S BEAUTY AND WORTHINESS SHOULD NEVER, EVER BE DEFINED BY THE NUMBER ON YOUR SCALE!!!!
