1. DONT go looking to see what the scary noise is. Call the cops.
2. Run!!! AND run in the direction of civilizations not the middle of the woods where you will inevitably trip and hurt your ankle. 3. Run your *** off!!! Don't trot and keep turning around to see how close the bad guy is getting even though he is walking and you are 'running'.
4. Better yet, get your car keys and get to safety.
5. Arm yourself with a GUN not some stupid knife. You have to be up close to stab someone, you can shoot them from a distance.
6. So... go ahead and SHOOT them. Don't point the gun at them and keep backing up, just fire it.
7. If you do cause the bad guy harm that SHOULD result in death, don't take your eyes off him until the authorities arrive.
8. Go ahead and reload so you'll be ready for round two, don't drop the gun and start freaking out.

LOL!!! That was the most fun I've had answering a questions. I love scary movies and they have to have all that expected stuff happen to isolate the character or it wouldn't be scary but come on, use some common sense folks.

Dont smoke or drink.
Stay awake at all times.
Never say "I'll be right back"
Dont split up
Never try 2 put your keys in fast.
Dont panic to much
When there is silence somethings bad gonna happen
Just dont do anything stupid
Never look back
When you have the chance to escape, take it
Dont stare at somebody getting killed, or a monster looking at you, run while the killer is busy.
Dont check to see where the noise came from, or what it was.
Run towards town, not in the woods or anywhere you are not familiar with.
Dont open the door, even if you see someone you know the killer could be behind them
Always have cell

Depends on the movie. You have to figure out the killer's weakness and exploit it. Last night on "Friday The 13th," the original movie, most of the people died not even aware a killer was stalking them. Only when the last girl finally got a clue, hide, arm herself, and was able to fight back to discover the killer was no match for her. If it was Nightmare on Elm Street, you'd be SOL since everytime Nancy thought she'd figured it out and defeated Freddy, he came back in the next film, and she just got lucky, while everyone else died in their sleep. If it was Alien, I'd blow the ship and take my chances in the shuttle, except I'd forget the damn cat. Being a boy, in all those movies, only a virgin girl survives, I'd die right away because I'm so very very horny. Psycho killers hate that.

look around the house in the daylight to make sure nobody's hiding
lock all doors
never say "I'll be back"
Don't drop ur keys
Don't check out the noise, call the cops
If the lights go out don't unlock the door to go look outside
Don't go check the fuse box
Don't look back to see If the killer is still chasing u because he is
don't split up
Carry a cellphone
Get a flashlight with extra batteries
make sure my phone is charged and gets good signals
Don't sleep around or get naked
If my parents go out of town stay with a Friend I have known for ever
If a killer is chasing me I won't run up anything "because what comes up must come down" or run down into a basement
I won't go somewhere dark and if I hid I'll try to put silent on my phone

Don't answer the phone when you're home alone. Never EVER go up the stairs instead of out the front door. Don't turn all the lights in the house just because you're scared, it lets the killer know where you are. Oh, and to steal a line from Scream, "Never say, 'I'll be right back'" it just jinxes it. LOL. Good question.

Turn on the lights, carry a weapon, stay with people, don't face my back towards a dark room or corner, kick the attacker in the nuts, if I shoot the attacker i'll make sure it's dead by shooting it constantly in the head and smash cut off it's legs so it won't get back up. And of course, be an attractive, white, good hearted citizen.

Don't go outside if you hear a noise.

Don't go out alone--have the group stick together. Every time someone goes looking around alone, they usually don't end up coming back.

Have a cell phone

Be sober

Use your head and stay calm

It really depends on what the plot is. If it is like a gory movie like Saw, I don't know what I would do.

Don't have sex. Don't make fun of the crazy Christians. Don't make fun of the crazy anybodies. Don't stop in small towns. Don't go out alone. Don't be the only black person in the movie.
