do the whitening guuuuuums work? do they really make ur teeth whiter?

No... they don't really whiten teeth. All they really do is whiten your molars, and do nothing to the teeth that actually show when you smile.

The whitening gums can work, if you chew them constantly. They are loaded with sugar or if they are sugar free chemical sweeteners and these are not good for your teeth at all. The best way to keep your teeth white is to brush them after meals, floss daily and if you drink a lot of coffee, tea and colas; you need to brush your teeth more frequently as those items will discolor your teeth. Smoking is very dangerous for your health and your teeth also. You should be having a professional cleaning at the dentist at least once per year. You do not want to make your teeth too white, as that is not a natural look and everyone will know that it is fake. Good luck and have a good night!

No. Cheap gum will change your teeth different colors just like it will your tongue. If your looking to go white look for fluoride containing products + whitening.

Only some gums,you can ask your dentist for dental gum but the gums you see in stores can have loads of sugar in them.
