We found a small bright yellow pill in our yard and it has a heart embossed in the front of it. can someone tell me what it may be? No one on our property takes these that i know or of addmitted it was theres.

It could be a 81mg aspirin. That's what they look like in the hospital I work in. But that's just a guess. I'm sure you've thrown it away.

Call your local pharmacist and ask what types of pills match that description. The above answers also came up on a search I ran on yahoo web search.

Sounds like Valium. Have your local pharmacist look it up in the PDR (Physicians Desk Reference) where there are pics of pills in addition to info about them.

sounds like it is a prenatal vitamin called Duet DHA, something like that. I worked in an OB office and we carried prenatal vitamins that were bright yellow and had a heart on them.
