In my area homes like the one you describe goes for $1300-3500 depending on the area. On Craigs list.org a home that has 3 bedrooms/4 baths with den is going for $1800. Now here is my answer. Take your mortgage payment, add in the taxes, insurance and if there are homowners association fees, then multiply it by 75% this should give you what you should charge for rent.

Mortgage payment= $500
Taxes & Insurance=$300
Multiply 75% = $600

OK, I was renting out a 3/2 in UC for $790 a month until I sold it back in April. It was on North Blvd, about 4 blocks from the Elementary School.

That should give you a basis for comparison.

Is it criminal? confident. are you able to get a landlord to do it? possibly. you each and every have the earnings? The measurement i've got seen is that each and every of you need to be earning three times the month-to-month hire. So if the hire is $a million,500 in line with month, you each and every could be earning a minimum of $4,500 in line with month. in case you meet that standards, and all of you have sturdy credit and condo historic previous, it would desire to artwork. keep in mind which you would be finding at residences that the owner has had a tricky time renting even with the incontrovertible fact that for them to contemplate this undertaking.
