In a way yes, but for the most part no. It was probably just a error on her part. She maybe meant to type .com or .ca, instead of what she did.
This happens quite often. I had some weird guy write me and say some weird things...and in the email he expected me to know who he was, even though I didn't.

I doubt it. It's very easy to get email addresses and she may have just sent it randomly. If you have reason to be afraid and the email is threatening in some way, maybe you should think about contacting the police.
