that is a very good description..I always said he/she was dancing on my bladder..the baby is stretching and changing positions..when it is time for delivery the head will be down and the feet will be up and can kick you under your ribs..happy labor day..and congratulations.

Technically because it is... your baby and your bladder are in close proximity and the baby will kick ... Most babys seem to zero in on the bladder as the place to kick making pregnancy a bit of a game... The rules of the game are simple the baby kicks the bladder and you run the dash to find the bathroom before you pee yourself... If you make it you win, if not you still win because you get a baby out of the deal...

My baby seemed to think my bladder was a trampoline. Now her head seems to be engaged and I don't get that jumping feeling, but every now and then when she moves just so, the need to pee is excruciating, yet nothing comes out. Also, sometimes, it feels like my pelvis is being split by her head when she moves it around. Painful.

The womb puts pressure on the lower abdomen, so along with movement that's being a mom, good luck

I know, sometimes mine will kick around there and I have to go pee right away. He just doesn't have as much room to work with now as he is growing.
