Neddie, Having watched this fool for years, I can only surmise that he avoids unpleasant doses of reality and dissent.
I am surprised he is not directed to redacted web sites or given an edited/censored newspaper, but then Bush has no curriosity and understands nothing. I would hate being stuck in an elevator with this man.

Well should Bush ever want to discuss character and patriotism I'm sure he'll look up Kim Jong Il and Ahmadinejad. After all, they have alot more of both than do American liberals.

For what purpose? First there have been two party talks with Kim Jong IL within the six party setting. Two party talks with Jimmy Carter ended us up here. Not because Carter didn't do his job, but because North Korea will make deals then break them immediately.

Ahamdinejad could have two party talks with the US as well. They just have to stop enriching Uranium. Seems to me it's their choice that the US isn't talking to them.

What did it get us before? Clinton talked to Kim Jong Il and he double crossed us on the nukes. Carter, the wondrous statesman (gag) was in office when the Iranians took the hostages for 444 days - he couldn't talk his way out of that one. Ahmajimmajamma has been identified by former hostages as one of the main hostage takers. You can't reason with people like these. They have proven it time and time again - they will double cross you every time. Do you actually believe that you can talk to these maniacs? Time to increase your psych meds, Kiddo.

Let's stop with the Bush bashing. Bush does talk to Americans who don't agree with him, he just won't grovel on his knees to them.
And as for the other two, they don't really want to talk. They want us to give in. They hope that if certain people in the US pressure Bush enough, he will back-off and give Kim and Ahma.. the keys to the country.

Eh... which Americans would that be? And, without being unkind, heads of state have a *little* more importance than the average citizen. May not be PC, or suit your communist ideals, but it is true none the less.

Come on, would YOU talk to them?

He doesn't want to give them importance they don't deserve. I don't agree with him on a number of things, but I'm not sure I disagree on this.

because he is in over his head and has no idea what is going on in the real world because his rich friends are making lots of money and his advisers are used to secrecy in government instead of accountability
