Why do girls get mad when someone calls them a B*tch? I know that a b*tch is a female dog but dogs are the #1 pet most people own or want to own. So why get mad over that....im a girl and i dont get mad if someone calls me the b word so why do other girls get so mad?

Because when you are called that, people don't mean you are a female dog, beloved by everyone. Quite the opposite. They mean it to be offensive. But, you are free to accept any meaning of the word you like. However, if people called me that, I'd be angry and insulted.

Because, usually, when people call you that, they mean it in a derogatory way, not a nice way!

They certainly wouldn't be likening you to a four-legged friendly pet!

At the end of the day, it's just a word, so there's not much point getting upset about it - so you probably have the best approach and don't get mad. Others are too hung up on name-calling.

I expect the guy to be respectful of me and treat me nice. Rough talking people is not the kind of crowd I want to be with.

it doesnt bother me either........maybe for some the truth hurts...or they are offended by the word itself
