I just bought a virgin mobile and i have an account and it says it's working but i cant acctevate it becouse when i send somthing it says network unavailable how can i get it to work???????I've tryed everything please help

Call the Customer service center- I dont know the number. I had the same problem when I first got my phone. A friend of mine gave me the phone and I topped-up but I had to call the service center and change everything. I hate my Virgin phone. Im going back to Simple Freedom.

I have virgin mobile too and the website is always screwed up for some reason. I'd try calling them to activate it.

attempt turning your wifi off so it would not override your 3G. If that would not artwork skill cycle your telephone via taking the battery out and preserving the skill button for 30 seconds then putting it lower back in and powering it lower back on. If that would not artwork then you definately'll in all probability ought to call Virgin cellular and characteristic them reset your 3G community.

You might be in a out of service area. Or it might be that your phone has a manufuction ( you might get a better phone if you tell them).
