You can try to record the sound using the microphone into a file and then burn (i.e record) to a CD.

Are you saying you want to make an MP3 out of a CD?
Do you mean that you wish to sing into a microphone and make a recording of your singing?
Ask again, and tell us what you really mean.

if you have computer and you have cs-rom, just put on cd-rom and record it from sound recorder or another software like sonic or cakewalk
