I thought that last season they announced that 7th Heaven was cancelled and would not be returning next (this) fall. I am a faithful viewer and was quite surprised to find a new season. Did I miss something or am I just wrong!!!

It was dropped by the WB. Then CBS and Warner got together and formed the CW Network on the same channel as WB. CW said it was one of the best series so they picked it up. I for one was glad because it was such a great show.

I didn't hear anything mentioned about it returning neither but was pleasantly surprised to see 2 new shows but last week it was an old one. It's kind of sad that Lucy lost the twins and Ruthie is away. Also missing is Simon. It seems to have lost something with just the parents, Sam and David, Lucy and family, Martin and Sandy.

I thought that I was going crazy too. Apparently when the new network started up (the CW) they decided to start the show again. I don't know why, I think that the show has run its course. I wish that they would bring Reba back on.

After the great ratings the finale got the CW decided to carry it over to help the new network. As a result, Everwood got cancelled instead.

It was canceled but I guess the viewers didnt like how it ended or something like that so they brought it back . Im so happy about that

Yea i know! I thought it was suppose to be cancelled too! they made a big deal about the seris finale! i am so confused

It got renewed bc they were starting that new CW network and they wanted people to watch it.
It was cancelled, but they brought it back.

I dont know they say one thing and than another. I love the show too and now the show is moved to sunday( just incase you dint know!) Dont want you to miss it!

that show was cool i enjoyed watching it some of the parts are pretty funny
