Most definetley!! All you have to do is call the county clerk office and they help you from there, if hes been out of jail, and had a job for the past 2 years and hasnt paid support, then yeah, its time you showed him what the alternative is, if he hasnt paid, then what difference does it make if hes in jail now ?Let him know you mean business, raising a child is ALOT of work and costs alot, especially these days. Show him what happens to deadbeat loser parents if they dont help support their children, send a message to all deadbeats, woman or men. People should be responsible for their kids, thy make the adult choice to pull their pants off, theyre adult enough to raise them or pay the consequences. I am so with you,and Im with my kids' dad and never even divorced, and I still support what youre doing..

um... are you just vindictive? how the hell do you expect him to be able to pay from there. Just either, sue him for support or pay for them yourself. the police wasnt in bed when you made them and dont need to be in bed with you now. I hate all you people who think its ok to try to take freedom, dont we live in america? grow up!!!!!!!!! They are your kids just be glad he isn't fighting you for them!

You need to go to court. Once they get all of the information, they take care of it. Don't go after him yourself...
