The enthalpy is approximately -13.7 kcal/mol (-57.3 kJ/mol) at 25 oC.

The Chemical Data Book 2nd Addition quotes a value of -13.84 kcal/mol or - 57.9 kJ/mol at 25 oC forequal volume of 1 molar reactants.

Most strong acids and strong alkalis have the same enthalpy of neutralisation - a value of about -57 kJ per mole. This is because the only reaction actually going on is the making of water from H+ and OH- ions.
