My lights for my gauge does not light up on my 92 civic lx. I checked the NO. 15 fuse and even checked the bulb in the gauge. Nothing was wrong so why is my lights not working.

The easist thing to check is to see if your dimmer switch is turned down. You have a dimmer switch that allows you to brighten or darken your dash lites. You may have inadvertanly lowered it by accident. If this isnt the case, then check for your instrument panel fuse to see if it has burned out. Just replace the fuse with the same amperage.
good luck.........

possible that the printed circuit board at the back of the instrument cluster may not be getting power to that area of the board.inspect the board very carefully with a circuit tester or an volt ohmmeter.
