It was aweful. Somehow, ignoring isnt helping because sometimes ignore buttons wont even work and they don't go away.

you can report them to the people running the chat room, I am sure...or simply tell the jerk what you think of him and you might anger him enough that he will leave...cheers and good luck!

Ignore them without having to use a button. If you don't talk to them, they will get bored and leave eventually.
