I would be careful with this if this lottery is out of the state of an not in the United Staes. I found out that if you are a United States citizen you can not play a lottery out of state because it goes against your consitution rights, but it's alright if you are in the country inwhich informs you have won.
as it was explain to me by someone who work in the Federal Consumer Office, but I hope that it's ligimate, so you can win themoney. Good luck!!!!

Scam! Fraud! Proof that a fool and his money are soon parted! Just today someone posted a question on Yahoo Answers who had lost $1400 to them and they were after him for more.

Many people receive similar messages. They are fake.Some e-mail offer prize on game tickets, some coin other stories to hoodwink people. Delete e-mail and never answer.
