this could be such a great forum to work on and to solve a number of problems with in our government and other wrongs but, most of the people want to waste their time and energy quarelling over Dem's and Rep's who is the sorriest, why??? they all serve the same master,so why not make consructive use of some thing that has been handed to us for free, get organized and form a party that will be for the american people and one the people can vote for that won't sell them out ,surely there are some intelligent people out there who have organizational skills and can locate canidadates who would be worthy of being brought before the American public for examination and hopefully voted for, surely every body out there is not of the sheepel species,

The problem is as people say lobbyist and politians getting money from this group or that group. But any third party is going to have to raise money to campaign, and they get thrown right back in the system of lobbyists. But I agree all the little children on this site running around Libetard this Repuglican that doesn't solve anything. I try to ask and answer questions that don't start flame wars, because it doesn't help. When I first started answering questions, I got into it with a couple people, but now I try to stick the serious questions, I've learned my lesson. I got into with one person and he accused people of multiple profiles, gaming, and even pedophilia. I've learned this person is just a child, with nothing serious to say and just to avoid him. I'm not going to change his mind through honest debate, because he has his bias and doesn't have an open mind. But this is why the country is so divided. Not left and right, but both. I understand someone believing they are right, but that doesn't excuse the total lack of respect and courtesy one would treat a total stranger on the street.

Back to the subject, enough rant, sorry. No one party is going to totaling represent people, so there isn't going to be consensus on the candidate that will be for the all the American people. All I can say is research the candidates, decide which one is best, and vote independently. Personally, I'm somewhat socially liberal, but conservative fiscally. Neither party totally represents me. We need to reexamine what made this country great, freedoms. Personal rights, not group rights, state power, and entrepreneurship. We need a strong volunteer military. Checks and balances in the government.

The good thing is we have two parties, but there groups within the parties. Thus we don't have an oligarchy. Even when one party controls the executive and legislative branch.

Sure sounds good.

Step 1 get the private money out of campaigns. Public financing only. Then the elected reps won't be beholden to the big spenders.

This is what we all must work for. Doesn't this issue alone make sense for all of us?

The only way that is going to start is for people to start thinking for themselves. The other problem is big business is too much a part of politics, and they will always make sure someone they can buy will get into office for them. We MUST, I MEAN MUST, come up with another group that will speak for the people, not big business...
